My friends and I love bloody marys and we had a cookout the other night. I was to make the burgers. I usually only salt and pepper the meat as they are burgers, not meatloaf. But, I wanted to experiment. So.....

I used:

2lbs ground beef
1 tbs ground horseradish
1 tbs worcestershire
2 tbs hot sauce (more or less, I like more)
2 cloves garlic through press
1/2 medium sized onion chopped fine
1 celery spear chopped fine
1/4 cup tomato sauce
celery salt and pepper
1 egg

I mixed all together and formed a ball and refrigerated untill firm. Formed into patties and grilled. They turned out orange on the inside and had a nice crust on the outside. I topped them with sliced onion, tomato, romaine lettuce, and mayo. Everyone loved them and can't wait to have them again. I'm not used to adding a ton of things to my burger meat, but must say they were great and worth a try.
