I'm not a big fan of chicken and boiling it is odd, we always grill or smoke...it's more manly(insert growl here:LOL:)

I'm wonder'n if boil'n it in a mix like a crawfish boil would add taste and if it would be very good. Would I use skinless breasts or legs/thighs? In a mood for that spicy taste w/corn, taters, broccoli, shrooms, etc. Crawfish are kinda expensive to get and wife doesn't like them. Might get some crab legs if on sale.

Just wanted your thoughts. If no on boil, I'll smoke/grill them and boil the veggies.

Thanks.

I wouldn't boil. If you want the flavor of the crab boil spices, use it as a dry rub or marinade then cook it with dry heat.

I agree with Andy, Al... I don't even boil chicken when I make chicken salad, it just sucks the flavor out... Keep on smokin BA... ;):);)
