This turned out really good.

Cut the zucchini in half, scoop out seeds and any spongee interior.
Put on oiled half sheet pan, top with a little butter and soy sauce and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Top with a mixture of chopped tomatoes, basil/oil from the freezer, chopped onion, chopped garlic, parmesan.

Top with tomato ground beef, like a sloppy joe mix.

Top with mushroom stuffing (from the freezer), mushrooms onions and bread and spices.

Top with bread or cracker crumbs.

Bake again for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Taste every layer as you use it, it turned out to be very good. They are asking for more.
