Have any of you ever pan roasted small potatoes in a dutch oven on top of the stove. I've seen this done on t.v., but can't remember how it was done.

I cut mine into chunks, toss with oil and seasonings and then just put them on the heat. If its stovetop, make sure you stir or toss them regularly.
