kansasgirl, the Basil Tomatoe salad dressing you posted is awesome. I finally got around to making it yesterday. It is so good I almost threw it and a couple of ice cubes into a glass. MY new favorite. Thanks so much.

Tomato Basil Dressing
1 medium tomato
1/4 c fresh basil leaves
4 tb mild vinegar (I like champagne or rice wine)
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until creamy. Adjust flavors if necessary.
