half an english muffin w/ cremecheese, reese's pieces & whole milk

Mrs.Harp 02-22-2011 03:12 PM

Banana and an Herb & Cheese bagel with Spinach & Artichoke Cream Cheese. Tasty, but I definitely would prefer something with eggs, meat, potatoes and cheese. :pig:

Selkie 02-22-2011 03:18 PM

4 oz. of pomegranate-blueberry juice, two grapefruit halves with stevia as a sweetener, a cup of coffee, and a few grapes. It's also a heart healthy rehab meal and is helping me to loose about 1/2 a day.

My breakfast today.

justplainbill 03-20-2011 09:02 AM

Sunnyside eggs, sliced par boiled potatoes and onions fried in goose fat, fried sliced Jones pork sausage roll, and fresh home baked rye bread with sweet butter.

Zhizara 03-20-2011 10:00 AM

Slice of 12 Grain bread topped with honey ham, and Swiss, toasted, with a medium fried egg on top.

Katie H 03-20-2011 10:31 AM

On a gloriously beautiful day we had soft scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, homemade cinnamon rolls with vanilla icing, orange juice and coffee. We at slowly and enjoyed the lovely morning.

Andy M. 03-20-2011 10:38 AM

Corned beef hash and two eggs over easy.

Friends invited us to a "brunch" today at 1:00 pm. The guys just couldn't wait until such a late meal, so at 7:30 this morning they had one of my "cinnabon look alikes" I made yesterday. Boy are they good!:chef:

simonbaker 03-20-2011 11:02 AM

2 scrambled eggs with some diced ham in them a few hash browns, 1 slice, dry toast & always hot coffee.

LPBeier 03-20-2011 11:48 AM

my usual glass of orange juice diluted with a can of club soda and an apple. I think I will also have a lemon muffin or a hot cross bun.

PrincessFiona60 03-20-2011 01:09 PM

I ruined my bowl of Cheerios by adding yogurt to it. Ate it anyway.

joesfolk 03-20-2011 02:03 PM

I had half an everything bagel spread with cream cheese and an orange. DD and DH had blueberry bagels with fried eggs and beef and veal sausages.

babetoo 03-20-2011 03:52 PM

I have been doing a healthy breakfast with frosted shredded wheat, skim milk, greek yogurt & a 10gram protein bar. It keeps me full all day then just fruit for lunch. It's been working for me.

mrs.mom 04-14-2011 04:47 PM

I am following a diet because I want to loose some weight. So I am taking two slices of whole grain toast with low fat cheese and a cup of coffee with no sugar and skimmed milk.

I have lost 17 pounds with my high protein breakfast, fruit for lunch & a healthy dinner.

Selkie 04-14-2011 05:02 PM

Fried mush yesterday, homemade sausage cheese biscuit this morning, and I plan on waffles tomorrow.

Kayelle 04-14-2011 05:24 PM

Made McMuffin sandwiches for breakfast this morning. English muffin with mayo, sausage patty, Swiss cheese, broken yolk fried egg. Not so healthy but sure good.

Saphellae 04-14-2011 05:49 PM

Two whole wheat tortilla wraps with peanut butter and sliced banana (the peanut butter ONLY has peanuts, no other ingredients).. and cantaloupe throughout the morning at my desk.

Except.. this morning.. I had what Kayelle
made, except.. I bought it.. and well.. it was ON A BISCUIT.. MMMMM. Love Tims.. but.. FOR SHAME :(

Rocklobster 04-14-2011 05:54 PM

Today was a banana/blueberry/coconut water smoothie followed by a runny egg sandwhich on rye bread.

Saphellae 04-14-2011 05:56 PM

Rocklobster - try adding spinach and apple instead of coconut water - it's GOOD!

Greek yogurt has between 14 - 16 grams of protein per 6 ounces. I buy atkins advantage bars the have 10 grams of protein. 8 ounces of milk has 6 grams of protein. Shredded wheat cereal has 6 grams of protein. Fiber one honey cluster cereal has 13 grams of protein...just to name a few.

I had my usual oatmeal this morning.

I make up 5 servings of oatmeal every Sunday evening. I make it using water, cinnamon and butter flavor extract. I pack it and take it to work each morning where I micro it and add a small amount of brown sugar Splenda. Sometimes I throw in a few frozen unsweetened cherries and micro 40 sec. longer. Yummy!

babetoo 04-14-2011 09:51 PM

Grilled egg whites with fat free cheese & 98% fat free ham on a whole wheat flour tortilla & a side of fresh oranges & greek yogurt. I don't have time to stop to eat over a busy lunch hour. This keeps me full until dinner.
