Just returned from Puerto Rico where we were served Paella in individual metal pans. They were similar to clay casuelas, but these were metal, approxamitely 7 inches wide and 1 inch deep with 2 handles. Does anybody know where I can find these?

I went looking out of curiosity and found only clay ones using the name cazuela (no one seems to want to spell it with an 's').

It's similar is shape and style to an 'everyday pan' but they're much bigger - about a foot across.

Look for individual casseroles or shop at a Hispanic market.

Thanks, Andy. I just phoned the restaurant and they will get back to me.:chef:

many kitchen and restaurant stores carry such pans. Look in your area or on line for 7" paella pans.
