Southwestern Marinade

1 cup salsa
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup beer
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped fine
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
