Hey, Y'all. Got here as fast as I could. This looks like a great site. A friend just gave me a Hitachi bread machine but couldn't find the recipe book that goes with it, so, I thought maybe I could pick up some ideas here. I like to cook all kinds of food, but I really love Southern cooking. Anyway, I look forward to new friends and new recipes.

Welcome to DC. You probably can find the manual that goes with the bread machine on the manufacturer's web site. I have several bread machine recipe books. Do you know what size loaf it makes (1 lb, 1.5 lb, 2 lb)?
