tastes very good with venison.
2lb. boneless sirlion steak ( if using venison, cut ALL fat off and hit with meat mallet to flatten)
1/2C. soy sauce
1/4C. cider vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. minced onio flakes
1 garlic clove, minced
Large glass bowl.(a must)
Slice meat into thin strips, Put in bowl. add rest of ing. mix well, cover and set in fridge for 2 or more hours no more then 24 hours. Thread meat onto skewers grill for 7-8 min or your preference.
