Hi! I'm Danny and I love wine and am also currently studying it. I love its aromas, textures, composure but most of all, it's history and connection to it's region.

I am looking for recommendations of a cookbook that showcases the dishes of particular regions. For example, I am currently studying the wines of Burgundy, France and would absolutely love a cookbook that shows me how to recreate the cuisines of Burgundy. This way I can better understand the region's wines and their food-pairings.

Please help and thank you for your time!
:D

There is a Williams Sonoma cookbook series
I believe called the essentials of (and a country - France, Italy, etc). I have the Italian one and it indicates the region of Italy for each recipe.
