I got this recipe from my aunt a few years back. It is fantastic and great on a rainy day!
Serves 6-10 people comfortably...
4 (15oz) cans white beans
2 (14.5oz) cans Italian style diced tomatoes
1 lb Italian sausage
2 stalks diced celery
2 peeled & diced carrots
Garlic powder, salt, & pepper to taste
1.) Brown sausage in deep soup pot.
2.) Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes until almost soft.
3.) Drain beans and add to pot.
4.) Add entire contents of tomatoes to pot.
5.) Add enough water to come up to ingredients in pot.
6.) Enjoy!
