I've been served it. I often don't eat it.

If sushi isn't a persons 'thing' then perhaps this. I've made this type of salad many times and used AMAZU SHOGA sprinkled on top.

Well, then that's that! It IS a powerful taste and I can see where some people wouldn't like it.
