Does anyone have a recipe for Bone Marrow Dumpling Soup made with Farina “also known as cream of wheat”?
My mother-in-law from Germany used to make it and it was my favorite soup. Unfortunately, I was never around when she made it and now I cannot get the recipe.

Thank you for the fast reply. I had previously read the article which you hyperlinked to me but be used bread to make the dumplings. I am looking for a recipe that uses farina to make the dumplings.

Perhaps I'm wrong but couldn't you just put the beef marrow into the farina mixture just as instructed for the bread dumplings?

Farina, oil, egg, salt to taste, boiling water, bam....

That would seem to be the answer----- since a dumpling is a dumpling, sort of.
Can be made with farina or bread or even Bisquick (gasp).
