If it had a bad smell I wouldn't have cooked it. I cooked it just long enough to pink up the shrimp so the seafood was raw to start. It also cooked up creating a nice looking saffron sauce, however...

I'd agree that their packaging of the flash...

I'd agree that their packaging of the flash frozen fish could be improved, although the quality of the product is excellent imo.
I don't do salmon, but I'd love to see individual fish pieces...
