I've often wondered about the pricey jarred white...

I've often wondered about the pricey jarred white ones I've seen in catalogs. Besides "sublime", how would you describe them compared to the regular ones Jennyema?

By all means, if you can obtain them, buy the glass jars of anchovy filets. Use a clean utensil to fish out what you need, & top the jar off...
