Ella,
I've used it once or twice. Usually make my own,,But you can use the rolled kind either by frying it in butter or grilling it. Either way a nice buttery sauce with some lemon, white wine, sauteed in butter mushrooms, when done I pour any remaining sauce over all, then sprinkle with a little parm mixed with parsley.A nice simple maranara is good sprinkle with a dry Monterey jack. Grill the rounds and top with pesto some finely chopped tomato and a few whole pine nuts makes nice appies. Hope this helps Ella.
kades:)

Of course, you can put marinara sauce on it after cutting it into wheels and frying or baking it, and that's good all by itself.

You can have it with breakfast, much like you would have grits, but fry it or bake it once again and pour gravy on it and have it with your other savory breakfast foods.

One of my favorite things to do is fry it up and have it topped with baked BBQ tofu with some extra BBQ sauce. The chewy tofu and soft polenta go together fantastically!

Okay, I grilled it, after brushing both sides with olive oil....then I smeared a little tomato sauce on each round, put some gorganzolla on each one and broiled it for a bit....it was most deelish!!!!!
