whats a good recipe for salmon steak sandwich (w/o grilling)?

i dont think you have to have like a hundered dollar ice cream maker to do that. mine cost me $20 :tongue: its not the best or most convenient but it works... as for spinach ice cream i would, but i dont like vegetables :tongue:

my mom got me the squid and all i have to do now is clean the squid, take the ink and mix it into my ice cream mix and churn it. its gonna take until tomorrow before i can taste it though. ill get back to you all after i do :)

****** the squid ink i had spoiled just when i got all the ingredients. and my mom wont buy me more squid and theres no way im buying my own since i cant pick out good seafood. so i have to wait till shes up to it. shes discouraging me from doing it too "since the squid arent fresh" tho i know...

vanilla extract is made by using vodka?? yep its pretty mucht the only reason i bought the beans. and i bought the beans through ebay so i got like 12 for $10 or something like that.

i just got an ice cream maker and looked up some recipes... well some of them need eggs but theres the salmonella issue... anyone know what i can do to lessen the chance? does anyone make homemade ice cream with eggs? i know i can use subtitutes but id rather use eggs.
