I don't have a meat tenderizer. Any other suggestions on what I can beat them with?

They are 1/4" thin, about 4" round, boneless steaks. I need the best way to cook them so they aren't tough...I'm "pretty" sure they are sirloin...I bought a package, we ate 1/2 and I froze the rest out of the package. Thanks!

My dogs have not learned to just go outside and potty...they need to walk and sniff and find the "right place" to go...but it is -21 F outside and their paws are sooo cold that they will limp and lay down instead of walk to find a place to go. We have to go to work and leave them home all...

We always stay home. This year I did respite work with Miss Mayson until 9pm and then came home. Will I make it till midnight? Doubt it. I'm not a drinker but normally would have a drink on NYE..I don't think I even have any alcohol in the house right now!

I got surprised! When I came home from work hubby had Cornish hen, mashed taters and some pasta (boxed side dish) ready! It was a nice surprise!
