    Flat Iron Steak for Christmas

    They turned out delicious. Everyone loved the steaks and the rest of the food was great too. My Mother -in-law is visiting and made Lumpia (Spring roll type) and Pancit (Filipino noodles). Served the steak with onions and mushrooms, and sweet potato and corn.

    Lamb chops I marinated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. I seasoned with salt and garlic pepper right before grilling. The veggies were sauteed in some balsamic vinegar and white wine and the potatoes were roasted in the oven with garlic, salt and pepper. Enjoy!

    Sorry, I just had to do it.

    I agree, homemade MnC would be better. This however was the only option I had given what was in the pantry and time I had. I will admit tho blue box mac n cheese is a guilty pleasure of mine.
