    Yay, hurrah for the melamine plates. I bought a set, just to be “authentic” 🤣 Chow Mein is one of those quaint things that western restaurants offer. Try asking for chow mein in Bangkok and expect at least a confused look at best, or a rolling eyed sigh. That looks like it would be a nice meal 🫠

    I am thinking that not using EVOO in a deep fryer is more to do with the fact that it will cost you more than the value of your house.
