:smile: Good for you. I'm glad you tossed the cigs. I'm quit at 40 days but I still get a craving every so often. I have had a couple of light headaches the past couple of days I think I'm still in a detox mode I believe it takes a long time to get the chemicals out.

:smile: Brine all you want but I say a good but some what short marinade works just as well for grilling, baking etc I keep my brining if I brine at all to whole birds and thats it.

:smile: Try putting down on floor some news papers and paper bags they can rip and crawl in it will keep them busy they also might like crumbled up tin foil balls you make from cooking foil. Anything you can throw on floor they can bat around they will play with.

:smile: OMG you do gum paste? I took some classes on it and hated it I still have all the tools and cut outs. I think I hated it because the gum paste classes was after the 8-9 hour cake decorating classes and I was tired by then .
