Thank you for posting the recipe, Crewsk! I'd heard of snow cream, but this is my first time reading about snow candy. Sounds really good! Thanks, again!
I'm not really big on organ meats.....livers, kidneys, gizzards, intestines, etc. And I can't quite make it with foods that have not so pleasant odors. Basically, anything that will test my gag reflexes are a big "no-no".
Another great recipe, PA Baker!!! I can barely keep up. I don't know how I missed this one, but I'm saving it right now. I think I already know of an upcoming occasion that these would be perfect for. Thanks!!!!!!!! :D :D :D
I think I see where I went wrong, htc. I don't think I rolled my egg rolls tight enough to eliminate air pockets. That's probably why they didn't stay nice and crispy. I'm going to try again, rolling nice and slow so that I don't get the air pockets. Thanks!!! :D

A friend emailed me this recipe for Wasabi Fried Oysters w/Lowcountry Pepper Sauce, and I thought I would share it. I haven't prepared this myself yet, but it will be my next dish to make......after the Citrus Crusted Shrimp, of course. :D
Wasabi Fried Oysters with Lowcountry Pepper...
Thank you all for the dry hand lotion/cream suggestions. I really do appreciate it, and I'll definitely be checking into ALL of them......a lil' Christmas present to myself. :D :D
I wash my hands so much since becoming a nurse, that I'm shocked to still have skin on them. And, I'm a big stickler on everyone in my home having clean hands, too. I find myself always on the prowl for new hand lotions to combat the harsh effects of some soaps, especially industrial soaps...
