    Friday 13th Smoke Off

    25 degrees, wind blowing at 25 gusting to 40 and slight snow flurries. The Ol' Lang is CRANKED at 375 for a Fast Track smoke to be done at 5:30 for a small neighborhood Party. 2 Butts and 2 Hams on now. 2 Chickens, 3 racks O' Baby Backs and Salmon go on around 2:30.     Fast Track Baby Back

    Lot of talk about the 5 hour Butts and Briskets. I have now tried both and they were excellent. Last night I smoked a rack of Baby Backs at 350 for about 2 hours. BEST damn ribs I ever smoked. First time my wife ate a half rack!!!Maybe Low and Slow was created by someone with WAY too much...

    5 Hour Boston Butt
