    Started the day off with a little hangover

    Brisket hanging over the side of the cooker. :mrgreen: Pinned it back with a few skewers. Weighed about 10 lbs. and is untrimmed. Cooking over KF comp briquets and applewood.

    Moonlight butts

    Put two 7 lb der's on at about 10PM Sat. night. Cooked over applewood and KF on the "Easier to hold good temps without spikes WSM". After it was pulled tossed it in some vinegar sauce. Made up some KFC slaw and tried some of Famous Daves "Georgia Mustard" sauce. 15 hrs. later......time to eat...

    A new addition to my family

    Homemade kraut

    The local produce store had HUGE heads of cabbage. The biggest I bought was 12 lbs. I compared the size to a regular head of lettuce in the pic.     Grilled spares for the wife

    I bought some cast iron cookware off Craig's List a while back and the guy threw in a bunch of other gadgets. This was one of them. I've had it 6 mos. and just yesterday learned what ity is from an old BBQ book. It's stainless steel and hollow in the middle. Anyone else know what it is?
