Had 1/2 of the leftover Fatty with mashies, gravy and steamed broccoli.

I have a meatloaf in the oven and water on to boil for mashed potatoes. We'll have sautéed green beans and red pepper on the side.

Mmmm mmm good. I added a bag of caramelized onions from the freezer to the gravy. Delish.

I went to Fort Worth (pronounced Foat Wuth by the locals), and while there, we ate at Kincaid's Hamburger's (Since 1946). I had a 1/2 pound cheeseburger with a side of fried okra, so that was my big meal for the day. Just grazing tonight.

Reminds me of when I watched a gentleman from that town ordering a Kraim duh MEEEHNNNT from a Filipino bartender on a cruise ship. The bartender poured creme de menthe on the rocks, but the gentleman told the bartender that wasn't what he ordered, he wanted a Kraim duh MEEEHNNNT. Apparently in Fote Wuth it is the name of a frozen cocktail, and not just the alcoholic beverage.
