Tuscan Garlic Chicken Pasta.

I had planned to make it yesterday but life got in the way. Trying tonight.

pan grilled snapper, left over half of baked potato. baby carrots, and maybe some pea salad.

yesterday I grilled; a larger than plate sized sirloin steak, and two pounds of ground beef and chevon into burgers. DH wants one burger on bread, so that leaves me with the sirloin. Last night I tried making mashed potatoes out of canned potatoes, worked better than I anticipated, so will repeat the taters for me, and some fresh broccoli..
