How does bread flour would work in gravy? Is it much different?

It's fine Charlie. Bread flour is different only in that there is a bit more gluten.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I'm thankful for my faith, for my family who I share this holiday with. for enough strength to be able to share it, and for all of my friends on DC.

I'm also thankful for the carrot pie baking in the oven, which will allow me to have pie that tastes almost identical to pumpkin pie, and with the same texture, but safe for me to eat. I trust the food will be great, but if not, I'm still blessed with family. My only regret, not being able to watch The Macy's Day Parade. It was a tradition in my home.
