I’m not sure why the muffins at my house seem to disappear faster than the bananas.Aunt Bea, I too, have great luck with One Dish Kitchen. But the other day went with a Banana Muffin recipe from Baking Mischief. And gobbled them both up before the day was out.

I went with this recipe as it was One Bowl (yah!) and I happen to have egg whites on hand. Win win!
Looks fantastic. I just bought the ingredients for spanakopita and hope to make it before the holiday.Half a batch of Spanakopita.
I think it was partly because I used coarse salt. I noticed with the sugar that it slid out of my fingers as I was scooping it. That didn't happen with the big grains of coarse salt. Maybe it was supposed to happen. Also, I think I was supposed to get more flour than I did. I'll try it again. Live and learn.<snip>
taxy, maybe you curved your fingers too much with the salt!
Beautiful. I'm drooling.I baked 24 mini cheesecakes (plain, chocolate swirl, and strawberry swirl) and 1 - 6" plain cheesecake.
Also a pan of baklava (no picture).
(No finished picture because it's still baking)
