I guess I'm the only one that had breakfast for a month? And a weird one, at that! But that is normal, for me.

I had a sandwich, on some of the WW rye bread I took out of the freezer a couple of nights ago, with some of that Braunschweiger, from Aldi (though from Germany, the price has dropped, since those tariffs were imposed), and I just finished off the last quart jar of pickled green tomatoes with it! I've been eating those pickled tomatoes (plus pieces of onion, whole Thai peppers, and a few garlic cloves in each jar) with those sandwiches, ever since I discovered how well they go together. I put up 6 quarts of those things last fall, and I might do more this year, if I have as many ripe ones as I did last year.

One other morning I had some of that chili I made recently, for breakfast. Leftovers are my usual breakfast, if early enough to be called that.

I switch up, one morning cereal and fruit (either blueberries or strawberries), the next day I have nabs and Belvita Cranberry Orange breakfast biscuits, day after that I have a honey chicken biscuit.

2-10oz cups of coffee, 16 oz green smoothie (purslane, lambs quarters, bock choy, parsley, apple, mango), anti oxidant shot (turmeric, black pepper, black cumin, amla), cold 9 grain flakes cereal w/carrot/pineapple/apples shredded, ground flax/chia, wheat germ, honey. And to get me to a lunch later this afternoon, 8 ozs of cold brewed black tea.

Japanese sourced matcha made cold with honey and almond milk as the base to the cooked 9 grain flakes, chia/flax/wheatgerm/honey and pitted dark red sweet cherries.

DD and I shared breakfast/brunch yesterday. Apple pie pancakes - Stuffed with walnuts and raisins, warm baked apple cinnamon compote & topped with graham crumble. DD ate half a pancake and I had a 1/4 of one pancake.
And corned beef hash, home fries, toast, and we each had one and a half poached eggs.

I had a couple of sausage patties on slider rolls on Monday, basically sausage sliders.

It was a good start to another grazing day.
