I had leftover bolillio rolls from Hoagies that I we had the other day, what to do, oh what to do?
I fried crisp some Taylors Ham, hard fried a coupla Eggs and melted some Sharp Provolone Cheese for Moi & Swiss for DH on hisoh and I gave the split rolls and gave them a light toast under the broiler.
Mighty tasty indeed!!!
