wife just finished making this for our guests tomorrow its called 3- red chicken because it has red tomatoes , red onions and red peppers , about all i know is she sprinkled paprika and garlic on the chicken and seared it, then put it in the pan with all the rest and then put it in the oven . it smells really good. tomorrow a couple of hours before everyone starts arriving i will put it in the steam table to reheat
