I've been doing this for about 25 years now. You would be surprised at some of the industries that get "shopped". Hospitality is probably my favorite. I really enjoy doing luxury hotels with room service and multiple dining and bar outlets that involve 2-3 night stays, though I haven't done any since before the pandemic. Casinos are fun, too.
