Yup, I actually bought 2 brands to see which one I liked better. Apparently you "can" buy like, freeze dried ube or ube root here, but I've been to multiple Asian markets with no luck so. . .extract it is!!! Makes wonderful Ube ice cream for halo halo too!@BAPyessir6 still using the Ube flavouring? found this recipe, have no idea who this person is, never seen any of her stuff before. Only linking it for the Ube flavouring. This Jelly Roll is made with whipped cream rather than a custard.
