Got a big bag of apples on special today (I know, it's the season but thees are all mishapes).
I thought I would cut some up and season for either apple pie or crisps, etc... then freeze?
Any suggestions?

Freezing your apples is a great idea! You can season them with sugar, cinnamon and a little lemon juice, then freeze them in pie sized portions for future apple pies or crisps. For crisps, you can add nutmeg or cloves for extra flavor. Just freeze the seasoned apples flat on a baking sheet, then transfer them to bags or containers. This way, you’ll have ready to go filling whenever you need it!

Freeze uncooked?
