Arbor Day Dinner - 4/27/2018

Planted 3 Black Walnut trees at the facility in the south yard. They will shade the breezeway between the Alzheimer's Unit and the rest of the nursing home.

For dinner a grilled chicken breast with pico de gallo and guacamole atop a bed of baby greens.

Those black walnut nuts will make some mighty fine chocolate chip cookies...in about 10-15 years.
