BBQ low n slow is wat i do! It a huge passion! Every waking minute im thinkin of rubs sauces and marinades. Can never learn enough!
 
Love BBQ - As a matter of fact we just enjoyed another event here in Kansas City over the weekend, a little BBQ competition we like to call the "American Royal". Had around 500 teams again this year.
 
Today is a great day to get the smoker u n runnin in philadelphia. Two racks of pre trimmed baby backs (not my fave)! N two slabs of spare rib trimmed down beautifully to a wonderfully seductive st louis cut! Rubbed with a lil bit of everything! PALOU-BQ is on like donkey kong. Pics to follow!
