Black Bottom Cupcakes

What you need for the cake part:
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Oil
1Tbsp Vinegar
1Tsp Vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.

What you need for filling:
1 8oz Package Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.

Fill paper cups half full of chocolate mixture. Put 1 Tsp filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Have fun
