We make a dish similar to this, thought this one might be good too.
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 t dry mustard
1 t salt
1/2 c ketchup
2 t cider vinegar
1 (16 oz) can pork-n beans, drained, rinsed
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 (16 oz) can butter beans, drained, rinsed
6 thick slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 3 qt casserole with cooking spray.
In large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium high heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is evenly browned, drain.
In large bowl, combine beef mixture, brown sugar, mustard, salt, ketchup, vinegar, pork-n-beans, kidney beans, butter beans, mix well.
Spread mixture into casserole, sprinkle with bacon. bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
