Hi, I recently made some orange cranberry marmalade (with pectin, about 2 weeks ago, not canned yet, just in the refrig now) and while it taste delicious it is too runny. It's now near caramelized so I'd rather not cook it any more and it's a bit sweeter than I'd like. My question is can it be thickened without adding any more sugar or cooking it too much more? Will just adding more pectin help? thank you.

Use a product called "Instant ClearJel" to thicken without adding any off flavor or additional cooking. Instant ClearJel is a product used mostly by bakeries for thickening uncooked or cold products. Do not confuse with Regular ClearJel that requires cooking.

And probably put a teaspoon in her coffee or tea also. Makes great tasting food or drink but that's about all its good for.
