Larry... it is my understanding that carne asada means grilled meat. :LOL: I suspect you already knew that. :twisted:

Looks excellent. Hey think I still see some of stickers in them prickly pears. Hope it just the way the light's shining on it..otherwise it can make a person look like a jack ass eating cactus..lips peeled back etc. Now what is up with the solid mass chorizo? That must have Spanish ancestry. All we get is the Mexican version which is made from hawg ovaries and chicken lips which have been soaked in vinegar and chili powder and encased in plastic tubing. It makes a goo that would gag a gut wagon maggot. Now Spanish Chroizo is a dry cured product. You trying to push our leg here? :)
