i swapped it with apple vinegar..
the sesame oil is another ingredient. the first time i used olive oil but the second time sesame oil..

i think the vinegar is fine..
i don't want to bother buying a vegetarian fish sauce..

Do you have any soy sauce or miso at home? Those would probably be a better swap than ACV. They would add umami. Do you have any anchovies at home? A little bit of mashed anchovy would be an excellent substitute for fish sauce in this recipe.
