I have been craving some pulled pork don't have any leftovers in the freezer and don't fell like doing a couple of whole butts so I cheated and used some CSRs. Seasoned them and on the grill at a dome temp of around 350*f and a chunk of apple and cherry for smoke. Foiled them at around 165*F internal with a little ACV and red pepper flakes and pulled them when they were tender.

CSRs at 165*F

My Plate. PP with some slaw and Tabasco added in a pita with a side salad and some cole slaw. What a great way to make pulled/chopped pork. Very well seasoned and very fast for that fix when you need it. Thanks for looking!!!
