Monday and Poker night pics

The Caroline's rub for chicken and pork is obviously very fresh and fairly assertive. I'm not a big fan of cumin, and probably not a good judge of these types of rubs, but it is in line with most of the good ones I've tasted.
Because of the freshness, the professional packaging and the bold flavors, I can't wait to try the Aussie Steak rub! That sounds right up my alley!

Chicken pics with Caroline's rub and some finished with Rev. Marvin's sauce.

Panini's I fixed on my old George Foreman Grill for poker night..just ham and turkey with provolone and swiss and fresh spinach with and a mayo/rosemary/honey mustard dressing. Bread brushed with melted butter and Italian dressing.

I'm gonna have to start coming to Myrtle Beach on Tuesday nights! Food looked great Cappy!

I've been thinking about that. But I went to bed a 9:30 last night. No BBQ board to post on last night. :)

This Daylight Savings Time has really thrown my schedule off too, I stayed up until 8:15 last night! That's late for me!
