Take boneless chicken breasts and cut with meat scissor in the shape of fries and then deep fry till golden brown and faily well done.
Also chicken nuggets taste great with an egg batter and powdered garlic and onion coating (no breading) make great finger snack...make them small and eat like peanuts..
