- Chicken liver, gizzards & hearts
- Water for boiling
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Ghee (clarified butter)(or butter)
- A pinch of black pepper
Clean the ingredients:
- Rinse the liver, gizzards, and hearts thoroughly under cold water.
- Open the hearts to remove any blood completely.
- Place water in a pot over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
- Boil the liver, gizzards, and hearts for 25–30 minutes until partially cooked.
- Remove from water and let them drain.
- In another pan, melt a generous amount of ghee over the heat.
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Add the liver, gizzards, and hearts and stir quickly.
- Cover the pan for less than a minute to allow the flavors to blend and lightly brown the ingredients.
