Ingredients:
  • Chicken liver, gizzards & hearts
  • Water for boiling
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Ghee (clarified butter)(or butter)
  • A pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
Clean the ingredients:
  • Rinse the liver, gizzards, and hearts thoroughly under cold water.
  • Open the hearts to remove any blood completely.
Boiling:
  • Place water in a pot over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • Boil the liver, gizzards, and hearts for 25–30 minutes until partially cooked.
  • Remove from water and let them drain.
Sautéing in ghee:
  • In another pan, melt a generous amount of ghee over the heat.
  • Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • Add the liver, gizzards, and hearts and stir quickly.
  • Cover the pan for less than a minute to allow the flavors to blend and lightly brown the ingredients.
Serving:
Serve hot with fresh bread, or alongside tomato pasta for a rich, complete meal.

We usually eat it with tomato pasta you can check the recipe here

Another thing do not cut the liver let it boil as it is and then you can cut it for Sautéing in ghee or butter for a better covering an rich taste

+ don't over cook them, 25:30 minutes is very fair time
