Chili-Hoisin Sauce

A great sauce for Chicken Wings, Turkey Legs, Ribs....etc.

Nice sweet and spicy combination.

4 c Hoisin Sauce
1 c Vietnamese Garlic Chili Sauce (Sricha is the brand I use)
1/2 c Chopped Green Onions
2 T Sesame Seeds
1/2 c Brown Sugar

Start simmering in large saucepan over low heat: Hoisin Sauce and Brown Sugar. Run Chili Sauce, Sesame Seeds, and Green Onions through food processor, and then add to Hoisin/Brown Sugar simmer. Simmer for 2 hours.
