Not sure what you want to accomplish, but here's a recipe I've had for almost 50 years and it's always a winner. Easy to make and delicious. Check it out:
FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE

(Serves 4)

3 squares unsweetened chocolate

1/3 cup granulated sugar

¼ cup dark corn syrup

3 cups milk

2 tsp. vanilla extract

Frozen whipped topping, thawed

Shaved chocolate

In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate sugar and corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat until blended. Add the milk, a small amount at a time, whisking after each addition until smooth. Add vanilla. Remove from heat.

Pour into a 9-inch square pan or a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan. Freeze 1 ½ to 2 hours, or until frozen 1 inch from edges. Kind of slushy. Stir to blend. (Or freeze mixture completely; spoon into a blender and blend until smooth but not completely melted.)

Serve immediately in chilled glasses with a spoon and straw. Top with whipped topping and shaved chocolate.
