When I was a kid my Dad would buy from a local Polish Deli very thin sliced cold smoked pork tenderloin that we would eat raw. Does anyone know the Polish or German name ?
I had never heard of Karaj so I googled it and yes it looks the same, I cant find that in the UK either.Similar to Hungarian Karaj?
