We have friends coming over for dinner tomorrow evening, and my husband is going all out. Kim's making country fried pork cutlets, which he is cutting from a boneless pork loin. He can take out his aggresions pounding the meat. :LOL:
He's also making fried baked potatoes AND fried mushrooms.

I'm making a very simple broccoli casserole (check recipe in Vegetable Forum), just so we'll have something green. Salad would have been good, too, but I have broccoli that needs to be used.
I have fresh apples, and if I can get the kinks out of my shoulder and get them peeled, we'll have a crisp.
Any volunteers?
