Out of curiousity, open the door to your fridge and tell me how many jars of these odds and ends do you have? Hot sauces, catsup, pickles, relishes. I was cleaning the fridge and counted easily 20 bottles and jars, and that doesn't count the stuff that doeesn't require refridgeration (add another half dozen at least). And I'm pretty religious about looking at a bottle or jar and saying, gee, this has been here way too long and trashing it. I like to try to cook many cuisines, and who can do without chutney and hot lime pickle when cooking Indian? Oyster sauce, peanut sauce ........ oh, dear. I think I'm the condiment queen. Do I need psychiatric help??

Oh goodness....

Too many to count.

I have ketchup, two or three kinds of mustard, sweet pickels, dill pickels, at least 4 kinds of bbq sauce ( I should throw them away since I always make my own now) 2 soy sauces ( ones almost empty) terriaki sauce, jams and jellies, two kinds of salsa..... I'm sure I have more but, that's what I remember of the top of my head.

Don't get me started.

6 kinds of mustard
3 kinds of ketchup
2 kinds of mayo
2 bbq sauces
3 taco sauces
3 kinds of tabasco sauce
soy sauce
teriyaki sauce
dill and sweet pickle relish
various salad dressings
berry and apricot jam
etc.

I could go on forever.

Wow! That's quite the list!

I can add salad dressings, mayo, miracle whip and relish to my list.
Thanks for the reminders.

I think I should go clean out my fridge!!
